The Momentum Team aim to begin creating partnerships with targeted schools and outside professionals, prior to September. Some schools and professionals have already had direct contact from the team.

The aim for HT6 is to Pilot Tier 1 and 2 with supporting schools.

Tier 1 pilot happening with year 6 students in 2/3 intervention areas. There will be a particular focus on Primary to Secondary transition in order to prevent/support common challenges for all stakeholders.

Aim to trial a variation of sessions to observe the individual's ability to manage.
